Education and Community Programmes

Minimum of 6 weeks £300 

 

We will provide exposure to your brand across the City of Lincoln and surrounding villages to children and adults. In 2015/16 we delivered 11 programmes covering 475 children in education and 6 community based programme engaging 72 adults our aim in 2016/17 is to deliver 25 education programmes and 10 community programmes engaging 1000 children and 200 adults.

HOCKEY LEAGUES

1 League £500 (School or Club)

2 Leagues £850 (Both School and Club)

 

We will provide exposure to your brand across schools located across the Lincolnshire to children and adults particpating from 24 Lincolnshire schools and 10 hockey clubs.

These are brand new leagues with the 1500 adults and children expected to take part across both leagues. The demographic stretches right across the region and all social backgrounds

 

 

Schools Central Venue Hockey League

  • Naming rights to the competition for the 2016/17 season 
  • Promotion through naming rights for the competition 
  • Sponsors name and logo present on competition web page
  • Sponsors name and logos on all emails, flyers, newsletters associated with the competitions
  • Sponsors name and logo on all social media sites with weekly updates on each competition
  • Promotional access to potential customers via the charity and all its networks
  • Advertising exposure via the Hurricane Sports Foundation website which is accessed by all clubs, schools and community members, other Clubs and other participants. Our website is updated regularly and is a highly effective promotional vehicle with a wide reach.
  •  Publicity opportunity at each fixture/festival and a chance to reach other teams and their supporters.
  • Business name mentioned in all communications to League clubs.
  • An opportunity to extend your marketing database, for example via a raffle held at the end of season tournament

 Multi Sports Holiday Camps

£500 - All sites to be sponsored 

 

We will provide exposure to your brand across the City of Lincoln and surrounding villages to children aged between 4 and 16 years, local schools and participants' parents.

In 2015 / 2016 this was 12,000 children per 6 weeks children. The demographic stretches right across the region and all social backgrounds

  • Naming rights to all Multi Sports Holiday Camps for 12 months (agreement date signature)
  • Sponsors name and logo on all Multi Sports Camp website pages (one page for each location)
  • Sponsors name and logo 12,000 flyers handed out via schools for each holiday camp (5 x per year)
  • Sponsors name and logo on all newsletters regarding Multi Sport holiday camps
  • Promotional access to potential customers via the charity and all its networks
  • Advertising exposure via the Hurricane Sports Foundation website which is accessed by all customers. Our website is updated regularly and is a highly effective promotional vehicle with a wide reach

Coaching and Volunteering Programme

£500 

 

This programme is new for 2016/17. The programme will engage 30 potential coaches/volunteers which we are committed to providing with many opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills as well as gain valuable qualifications.  

 

The 30 participants will gain your company valuable brand exposure across 16 local schools and 12 sports clubs across a range of sports who are eager for more help in delivering, managing or promoting sport to their participants or wider community.
